Install the Chrome extension and open your InterviewWise dashboard. When a question appears on screen (or is spoken aloud), press the capture hotkey. The extension takes a screenshot and sends it to our server, where Claude's vision AI reads the question and streams a tailored answer back to your dashboard in seconds.

Answers are generated by Claude (Anthropic), one of the most capable AI models available. Claude can see your screen via screenshot capture, read the full content on it, and listen to spoken questions via Whisper audio transcription, giving it everything it needs to understand exactly what is being asked.

Claude is highly accurate on standard interview topics: algorithms, data structures, system design, and common behavioural frameworks. Like any AI, it can occasionally make mistakes on very niche or ambiguous questions, so always apply your own judgement before speaking. We recommend using the answers as a strong starting point, not a script to read verbatim.

InterviewWise runs in your browser and displays answers on a separate dashboard tab (or your phone). It does not inject anything into your video feed, your audio, or your shared screen. As long as you keep the dashboard tab off your shared screen, the interviewer will not see it.

Most AI interview assistants make you choose between features and discretion. InterviewWise doesn't - undetectability is built in for every user, not bolted on as a $150 add-on (yes some competitors actually charge that). InterviewWise works with any browser-based content: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, HackerRank, CoderPad, LeetCode, and most other coding or video-interview platforms. If it appears in Chrome, the extension can capture it.

Yes. During onboarding, scan the QR code shown on screen with your phone. This opens your InterviewWise dashboard on mobile, so you can read AI answers on your phone while keeping your computer screen interview-clean. Many users find this the most natural setup.

Yes. In addition to screenshot capture, InterviewWise includes an audio capture mode powered by OpenAI Whisper. Press the audio hotkey and speak (or replay the interviewer's question); it will transcribe the speech and generate an answer just as it does for screen captures.

A session is a timed block of active interview assistance. Paid sessions last 1.5 hours, enough for even the longest interview loop. Trial sessions last 10 minutes so you can see the product in action before you commit. Sessions are deducted from your balance when you start them, and they expire at the end of their window whether or not you use all the time.

From your dashboard, click Start session. The timer begins immediately. Make sure you start your session shortly before your interview (not hours beforehand) so the 1.5-hour window covers the whole conversation.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest. We're a small company, with no interest in selling your data to third parties, and we do not use your interview content to train AI models. Your screenshots and answers are processed by Anthropic's Claude API, as well as OpenAi's API, under their privacy policy; they similarly do not train on API inputs.

Screenshots are sent to Claude for processing and are not permanently stored on our servers. Session metadata (start/end time, usage counts) is stored on your account for billing purposes. We don't build a library of your interview questions or answers.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. If you have a specific data request or a question about how your information is handled, contact our privacy team and we'll respond within 30 days.

Because theyre overcharging. We keep it simple: one flat £15/month for unlimited access, or pay-per-session packs if you interview less often. No stacked tiers, no premium "stealth mode" upsell, and no four-figure annual commitments.

Yes. Every new account gets a free 10-minute trial session so you can see the product working for real before you pay anything. After the trial you choose a paid plan to continue. There is no credit card required to sign up.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked, no cancellation fee. If you have a billing issue, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

You can top up at any time by purchasing a session pack from the pricing page. Sessions are added to your account instantly after payment, so there's no gap in availability before your next interview.

The intro session is one of InterviewWise's main costs - so it's unfortunately also the part bots and fake sign-ups target most. Verifying a card lets us confirm there's a real person behind the account before we hand out the reward, which keeps the referral programme sustainable and the payouts fair for everyone actually referring friends. You won't be charged anything: the card is for verification only, and your free session is applied automatically.
